Welcome to The Parkview – A spacious 4,120 sq ft Southern luxury farmhouse in Franklin, TN from 2016—blending timeless charm with modern comfort. You’re minutes from Downtown Franklin, yet you still get to experience that Southern country feel—porch vibes, peaceful park views, and quiet evenings on a charming residential street.

Five well-appointed bedrooms ensure everyone has their own retreat:

– Movie Room: Queen sleeper sofa + Smart TV
(King, queen and twin bedroom are located on the main level. King, queen and movie room bedroom are located upstairs).
All bedrooms feature plush bedding and ample storage.

Stairs are required for access, as this is a 2-story home.
