Gretchen’s place was perfect for our group of 6. Check-in was very easy and Gretchen was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating! The place was very clean and comfortable. It had all of the essentials. We enjoyed the porch swing and peaceful neighborhood. It was an easy walk to downtown Franklin’s restaurants and shops, and we enjoyed seeing the historical homes and Halloween decorations on the way. I would definitely recommend staying at Gretchen’s place!
Wow wow wow! We loved Gretchen's home! The bedrooms were all spacious, and we appreciated the air conditioning units that were installed upstairs for the summer guests. the front porch swing was beautiful and we could have spent all weekend outside looking at the neighboring houses! Check-in was super easy, and the house had plenty of parking. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, not to mention some stunning historic homes. Gretchen provided great local recommendations for food and drink and was very responsive. Absolutely would stay again!
